2. Logical Tenant Isolation
Our architecture utilizes strict Multi-Tenant Isolation. Each workspace (CRM instances, Connect nodes) operates within a logically isolated boundary. This ensures that even in our shared cloud infrastructure, your data remains invisible to other entities on the platform.
3. Industrial Encryption Standards
- Data at Rest: Protected using AES-256-GCM encryption with rotating master keys.
- Data in Transit: Orchestrated over TLS 1.2+ protocols, ensuring a secure tunnel from your browser to our nodes.
- PII Vaulting: Sensitive user identifiers are hashed and salted using specialized cryptographic functions.
4. Portability & User Sovereignty
We do not practice "Data Lock-in." You have the right to export your data in standardized formats (JSON, CSV, PDF) at any time through our automated export queues. Upon account termination, we provide a 30-day window to secure your final backups before logical purging begins.
